Ballet is the cornerstone of all dance styles. This class will focus on classical ballet technique, teaching body placement and alignment. We work on movement quality, coordination and artistic control of the body.

Tap dancing is a fun style of dance that anyone can learn, regardless of the previous dance experience. Tap dancing is beneficial in many ways. Benefits of tap dance include increasing cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Tap dance is a combination build strength in the legs and feet in addition to increasing flexibility in the hips, knees, and ankle.
Tap dancing is fun! It releases endorphins that make you happy. Enjoy the music your taps make, laugh a little and have fun! You won’t even notice the calories as they burn off.
Dancing will keep you young, active, healthy and all kinds of great things!
